Job Description

You’d be a thick-walled central heating installer working independently in the Amsterdam region for clients like hospitals, schools, and offices.

Tasks include:

Install/modify thick + thin-walled central heating & plumbing per drawings: oxy-acetylene/TIG welding, soldering, pressing, butt welding, gluing
Work in existing, operational, and new construction sites + liaise with users/porters
Work in teams of ∼4 mechanics + a lead mechanic, report drawing adjustments to the chief mechanic
Occasionally supervise BBL students, apprentice mechanics, or seconded technicians

MBO diploma in energy technology, installation tech, or measurement & control tech
2+ years experience as a mechanic or service technician in a similar role
Customer-oriented, team player
Good Dutch, spoken + written
Driving license B + willing to travel in Amsterdam region
